Unable to send SMS – Cloud Error


When trying to send SMS on your new VisitLog Kiosk you may be prompted with the following Error:

  1. Cloud Error stating that Cloud is unable to establish an authorized connection to SSL channel.
  2. Can’t access common websites.

This problem occurs when your network doesn’t allow this computer. The most likely cause is that the computer is missing your Root Certificate due to all incoming traffic from VisitLog traveling through SSL or Port 443.
