VisitLog App – Configure users

This article will quickly go through how to setup users for the VisitLog mobile app.

  1. Begin by opening VisitLog Manager and go to Administration.
  1. Now go to users and roles.
  1. To create a new user click on Add.
  2. Enter a username.
  3. Enter a display name.
  4. Enter your work-email.
  1. Go to the tab called Member of groups.
  2. From here only check Mobile user.
  1. Download the VisitLog App:
  1. Log in with your work-email and password. New users will recieve the password “Abcd123” which of course can be changed within the app.
